Upload the .zip file to your site via Dashboard > Plugins > Upload then activate the plugin.
Go to users, select Add New, input all the members details and click Add New User. An email will be sent to the new members inviting them to change their password and login. Members will then have access to change their own settings and preferences. They will also see any Members Page Widgets placed in the Members Widgets section.

Most well organised club will have a periodic committee meeting and are usually documented with Minutes of the Meeting that are made available to its club members, you can add your clubs minutes by going to Dashboard > Minutes > Add New. Upon publishing your minutes your members will receive notification via the members registered email, if you are using the “Minutes List” widget in the members page then the minutes will also get populated there. Note that members can disable the email notification in there Members Settings page.
