1.The customer will be contacted via email two weeks ahead of switch date where we will request various information required in order to switch from your current suppliers.
2. If information is not forthcoming Squareone Software will not be liable for any disruption to your current service.
3. Should payment not be received hosting will be terminated immediately.
4. On 1st December 2022 an automatic payment of £100 plus VAT will be taken for the following years hosting. If you wish to pay monthly you are advised to contact Squareone prior to your renewal.
